Serve 4:
Marinate the swordfish for 3 hours turning occasionally in:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 t salt and 1/4 t pepper
Sauce:
Mix together:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced or less
2 Tbs capers drained
2 Tbs soy sauce
1Tbs minced anchovies (optional)
1/4 t ground pepper
Pan fry or BBQ the fish and serve with the sauce
