cranberry sauce



INGREDIENTS

    • 1 bag of cranberries, washed and picked over
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 grated oranges, rind of
    • 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into a  saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir and then cover. Lower the heat slightly, but keep boiling just until the berries burst - four to five minutes. Sauce jells when cool.
