INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of cranberries, washed and picked over
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 grated oranges, rind of
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir and then cover. Lower the heat slightly, but keep boiling just until the berries burst - four to five minutes. Sauce jells when cool.
