- 1.5 to 2 lb broccoli
- 1/4 lb butter (I put way less)
- 1clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Steam or cook broccoli until crisp-tender. In a small saucepan melt butter adding garlic and anchovy paste. Blend and let gently simmer for a minute or 2. Add lemon juice salt and pepper and pour over drained broccoli and toss
