2 servings:
- 4 chicken thighs or 2 legs
- 2 red and yellow bell peppers sliced
- 1 shallot
- half a lemon
- rosemary
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
preheat the ovento 220° C.
Sautee the pepper, shallots. rosemary and salt in oil, for 4minutes.
Add the lemon quarters to the pan and transfer to an oven baking dish.
Place the chicken on top season , drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn on the grill and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
