Grilled chicken with yogurt marinade

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • chicken legs and bones
  • 1 Cup greek yougurt
  • 1 Cup packed cilantro chopped
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 t cayenne
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 2 t salt
  • black pepper
Mix all ingredients except chicken and put with chicken in plastic bag.
Marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and scrape off any excess.Season with salt and pepper
Grill on indirect heat.
