Grilled swordfish with caper sauce



  • 2 1/2 lb swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice

  • 1/4 lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cup olive oilBlockquote

  • 1/4 t salt

  • 1/4 t pepper

Mix all ingredients and marinate the fish ( in a zip-top bag) in the refrigerator for 3 hours .

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp drained capers
  • 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chopped anchovies
  • ground pepper

Combine all ingrdients and reserve.

Grill, broil or pan fry the fish.
Drizzle some sauce over it and have the rest ready for more.
