Marinade:
- 3/4 Cup apple cider
- 6 T soya sauce
- 2 T butter
- 1-2 garlic cloves crushed
Boil cider with soya sauce and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Add butter and garlic and let reduce slowly for about 20 minutes until the mixture is syrupy.
Cool and marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes.
BBQ skin side down making sure to undercook the fish.
Serve with the "petits flans d'asperges"
