
Mix:
- 1 Cup butter softened
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup white sugar
Add:
- 2 eggs
Stir in:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Cup flour
Blenderize:
- 2 and 1/2 Cup regular oatmeal to a fine powder ( meaure before grinding)
Add:
- 12 ounces of chocolate chips
- 1 and 1/2 Cup of chopped nuts
Mix everything and make golf-ball size cookies and place them about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°-350° F for 10-13 minutes.
it is best if you chill the dough for one hour before forming the cookies.
