For the salad:
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- buffalo mozarella
- 4 sweet fresh figs
- green and/or purple basil or regular
For the dressing:
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp good honey
- salt and pepper
Criss cross the figs not quite to the bottom and spread them open.
Place on each serving plate and weave around the ham, add some mozarella cut up; surround with some green and drizzle the dressing over.
