
- 175 gr. digestives or speculoos cookies
- 75 gr. butter melted
- grated zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
- grated zest and juice of 3 limes
- 115 gr. sugar
- 350 gr.regular cream cheese
- 150 ml double cream
Mix the cream cheese with sugar and lemon and lime in a food processor.
Whisk the cream till soft peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour in the in and chill overnight. Serve with rasberries
