- 1 sirloin steak for 2 (entrecôte)
- sea salt and ground pepper
- swiss chard or bok choy or spinach
- soya sauce
- an inch of ginger grated
- chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 a garlic clove grated
- juice of 1 lime
- olive oil
Mix together the lime juice,garlic chili pepper, ginger and some olive oil
Cook the green and drain and keep warm
On a very hot pan, cook the seasoned steak to your liking. Place on a plate and let it rest for 2 minutes.Drizzle with a couple of T of soya sauce and sprinkle with some lime and ginger sauce
Divide the greens between 2 plates. Slice the meat thin and place it on the greens.Drizzle some of the infused sauce left on the resting plate
