Maple toasted Müsli2


  • 2 1/4 Cup oats
  • 1/2 Cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 Cup pumpkin seeds 
  • 1/4 Cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 t (heaping) cinnamon 
  • 1/8 t ginger 
  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup cranberries 
  • 1/4 Cup raisins
  • 1/4 Cup chopped dates
Preheat the oven to 375 F

In a large bowl  combine oats, almonds, sunflower,pumpkin, coconut,cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Drizzle in the maple syrup and vanilla.mix well with hands.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Toast for 12-15 minutes stirring every 4minutes till the oats are dry and fragrant and the nuts and coconut start to turn golden

When done  and cooled transfer the mixture to a clean bowl and add the dried fruits
