- 6 Cups fresh blackberries
- 1/3 Cup flour
- 1/3 Cup sugar
Crumble Topping:
- 2/3 oats
- 1/2 Cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 flour
- 3 T butter softened
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
Preheat oven to 180 ° C
in a bowl combine berries sugar and flour and transfer to a 8x8 baking dish.
For the topping combine all ingredients in a bowl and work together with your hands till it resemble a crumble.
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries.
Bake till the topping is golden brown and berries are bubbling, about 40 minutes.
Let cool ans serve warm or at room temperature. with ice cream if desired
