'Rolled-up Meat' (Teriyaki steak)

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t ginger
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

Cut steak widthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Roll up each sttip and secure with round toothpicks Rolls should be about 3" in diameter.

Combine the other ingredients - blend well. Marinate steak for at least 8 hours.
